the TARGET attribute can be used in A tags (Anchor) to control where a link will open

some Target Name choices include:

• _blank - opens a link in a new window
• _new - actually unsupported, but works like _blank
• _self - opens link in same window
• _parent - opens link in parent window
• _top - opens link on top of current window
• my_window - opens link in a new window named "my_window" so you can open another link in the same one
• my_window - try this to open Yahoo! in my_window
