Here is a picture of people on the Riverwalk. In the 1990's, the City Government raised money to clean up the riverbank, and turn it into a nice place for people to walk and enjoy the river.
What was once an industrial eyesore has now become one of the nicest places in Dubuque to enjoy a lovely spring, summmer, or fall day!
